Hi mates!!
I'm gonna tell you a built about rammus jungle! First of all runes are very important!
I have Armor Pen( Marks) Armor( Seals) Magic res (Glyphs) and Armor ( Quintessences ).
You can see the masteries at the photo. The jungle starts like this :
I bought the cloth armor item(+18) and 5 healing pot.I start from blue{need pull and cover ofc}and (it's a good idea to tell you to your mate to hit the Boss some hits so jou kill it more fast)You have to use smite and 1 healing pot.OH i forgot to tell you that you have to start with your second skill(W){Defensive ball curl}.
When you become 2 lvl you pick your first skill (Q){Powerball} then you go
straight to wolves (use your skills don't be shy :P).
After wolves you go to the 4 witches place use (Q) to hit them and be there quick after (Q) use (W) to kill the creeps.It's not necessary to use another healing cause you will need them for later.
If you follow my orders rigth when you kill the witches you must be 3 lvl when you go 3 you pick again your (W) for better defense and more dmg.Use (Q) and go to the red buff after (Q) use (W) and 1 or 2 healing pots and smite ofc.
After red buff go to golems use again you 2 skills to kill them and become 4 lvl take your 3rd skill (E){Taunt}and use 1 healing pot and go for gang at bot or mid.After 4 lvl it's up to you to lvl up your skills as you want but if you want my advice you keep  1 lvl (Q) and lvl up more the (E) and (W) to gang better!
When you go to base buy some armor or health to jungle and gang better :)
Now see some full builds if your enemy have too much fighters :
Firts of all(buy boots) and THORNMAIL then get Randuin's Omen for more HP and armor if you need more hp get Warmogs or Sunfire cape.It's very good to buy frozen heart for armor extra mana .and finally buy Guardian Angel .!!!
If the opponet team have too much ap champs buy mr boots , its a good start to buy Aegis fo the legion, Force of nature then get Bansshes Veil, Warmogs for hp and again Guardian angel...
